The Build progress window and Launch Screen break when another project of the same editor version is closed during the build process
How to reproduce:
1. Open two projects with the same Editor version
2. Build one project
3. While building the project, close the other project
4. Observe the Editor of the project that is building
5. Open the closed project again
6. Observe the Launch Screen
Expected results: The build progress window does not disappear, and the Launch Screen is in the foreground processes
Actual results: The build progress window disappears, and the Launch Screen is in the background processes
Reproducible in: 6000.2.0a9, 6000.2.10f1, 6000.3.0b8, 6000.4.0a3
Not reproducible in: 6000.0.61f1, 6000.2.0a8
Reproduced on: Windows 11 Pro (24H2)
Not reproduced on: No other environment tested
Notes:
- All processes work fine in the background. The problem is only visual
- The bug is in effect until all instances of the Editor are closed
