The bottom text in the Dynamic Atlas Viewer window lacks right-side padding
Steps to reproduce:
- Create a new project
- Open the UI Toolkit Debugger window
- Select the "Texture Atlas Viewer" menu tab
- Observe the text alignment on the right side

Actual results: The " No atlas to display....." text has no padding on the right side
Expected results: There is correct padding/spacing for the text

Reproducible with versions: 6000.0.43f1, 6000.1.0b12, 6000.2.0a7
Not reproducible with versions: 2022.3.60f1 (No Dynamic Atlas Viewer)
