The Axes Gizmo is wiggling around when moving around the Scene View with enabled Physical Camera and Isometric View
How to reproduce:
1. Open the user-attached project “unity-test”
2. Open the “BrokenCamera” scene
3. Enable the Physical Camera on the Camera GameObject and make the View Isometric in the Scene View
4. Move the Camera around in the Scene View
5. Observe the Axes Gizmo
Expected result: The Axes Gizmo remains in the same place and rotates with the Camera
Actual result: Axes Gizmo is wiggling around
Reproducible with 2022.2.2f1
Not reproducible with: 2020.3.44f1, 2021.3.18f1, 2022.2.1f1, 2023.1.0b2
Fixed in: 2022.2.3f1
