The Attach button is disabled in Target GameObject panel in Visual Effect editor window after the GameObject was selected
How to reproduce:
1. Open the project "VisualEffectGraph"
2. Open the scene "SampleScene"
3. Select the child "New VFX" of the GameObject "Cube" in the Hierarchy window
4. Press the Edit button in the Visual Effect component in the Inspector window
5. Press the Detach button in the Target GameObject panel in the Visual Effect editor window
Expected results: the Attach button in the Target GameObject panel is enabled
Actual results: the Attach button in the Target GameObject panel is disabled
Reproducible with: 2018.4.12f1, 2019.2.12f1, 2019.3.0b10, 2020.1.0a15
Could not test with: 2017.4 because of the Visual Effect Graph package
