The Animator window defaults its layout when opened
Reproduction steps:
1. Create a New Project
2. Open the Animator window
3. Resize the separator line in the middle of the window
4. Close the Animator window
5. Open the Animator window
Expected Result: The separator line stays where it was left before closing the window
Actual Result: The Animator window defaults its layout when opened
