The "Add Tag..." text field is visually cut off when the screen scale is 250% or more
How to reproduce:
1. Set the Screen Scale to 250% or more in Windows Display Settings
2. Create and open any project
3. Select any GameObject in the Hierarchy
4. Click the “Tag“ dropdown → “Add Tag…“ in the Inspector
5. Click the “+“ under the “Tags” section in the Inspector
6. Observe the text field that pops up
Expected results: The text field and the text in it are fully visible
Actual results: Neither the text field nor the text in it are visible
Reproducible in: 6000.0.0b16, 6000.0.19f1
Not reproducible in: 2021.3.43f1, 2022.3.45f1, 6000.0.0b15
Reproduced on: Windows 11 Pro
Not reproduced on: No other environment tested
Note: The text field is fully functional, it is just impossible to see what was written down

Our team could not reproduce the issue in the latest version of Unity. We will need more information to successfully reproduce this issue in order to fix it.
