Texture Wrap Mode settings display previously selected option in Scene view and Play Mode when reverted by undo
To reproduce:
1. Open up users attached project
2. Open 'SampleScene' Scene
3. Choose 'cat.jpg' in Project > Assets
4. In the Inspector change Wrap Mode to anything else than it is and then go to Edit > Undo Selection Change (or just use your undo shortcut instead)
Expected result: After reverting change by undo Scene view updates to show the correct Wrap Mode again
Actual result: Change gets reverted but visually it stays the same both in the Scene view and Play Mode
Reproduced in: 2019.2.0a5, 2019.3.11f1, 2020.1.0b5, 2020.2.0a9
Not reproducible with: 2018.4.22f, 2019.2.0a4
