Texture is not imported correctly when enabling AlphaTransparency and overriding alpha values to 1
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project "packagetrunk-stripped.zip"
2. Select Assets/Camera.png
Expected results: The texture is imported correctly
Actual results: The texture is imported incorrectly
Reproducible with: 2022.3.13f1, 2023.1.19f1, 2023.2.0b17, 2023.3.0a13
Could not test with: 2021.3.32f1 (no "Swizzle" option)
Reproducible on: Windows 11 22H2
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
