Texture artifacts while moving around in Play mode when using URP on ARM Windows
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new Universal 3D Sample v17.0.5 project
2. Open the “TerminalScene”
3. Enter Play Mode or Build and Run the project
4. Walk around and observe the result
Expected result: Textures render smoothly
Actual result: Textures artifact
Reproducible in: 6000.0.26f1, 6000.0.29f1, 6000.0.31f1
Reproducible on: Windows 11
Not reproducible on: No other environments tested
Workaround: Compatibility mode stops the issue from reproducing. Project Settings > Graphics Settings > URP > Render Graph > Enable Compatibility mode
