TextMesh Pro causes MissingComponentException if using non-ASCII characters
How to reproduce:
1. Open user-submitted project (BugReportColorPicker.zip)
2. Open the SampleScene
3. Enter Play Mode and click on the drop-down
Expected result: no exceptions are thrown
Actual result: MissingComponentException errors are thrown
Reproducible with: 2020.1.0b4, 2020.2.0a5
Not reproducible with: 2018.4.20f1, 2019.3.7f1
Could not test with: 2017.4.38f1(package unavailable)
Reproducible with package versions: preview.1 - 3.0.0, preview.5 - 3.0.0
Not reproducible with package versions: 1.4.1, preview.8 - 2.1.0, preview.7 - 3.0.0, preview.8 - 3.0.0
