Text underline is not a straight line
Repro Steps:
1. Create a new project
2. Create a UIToolkit asset and open it with the UI Builder
3. Add a Label and set its text property to <u>Some Content</u>
4. Increase the font size for better visibility
Expected Result: Underline should look the same for the tips and center part
Actual Result: Underline tips looks different from the center part
Make sure to test with different vertical transform offsets as well.
