[WebGL] Text is rendered blurry when Font Atlas Asset with a Theme Style Sheet is loaded from an AssetBundle
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the “ReproProject“ project
2. Open the “Assets/Scenes/SampleScene“ scene
3. Enter Play Mode
4. Observe the “Label From Css“ text in the Game view
Expected result: The “Label From Css“ text is not blurry
Actual result: The “Label From Css“ text is rendered blurry
Reproducible with: 2021.3.37f1, 2022.3.24f1, 2023.2.19f1, 6000.0.0b15
Reproducible on: Windows 11 Pro (22H2) on WebGL
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
