[Text] Default Text preset is not applied when creating a new Text object
Steps to reproduce:
1. Download and open the project "text_preset.zip"
2. Check if the default Text Preset is set to "PixelFont" (Edit > Project Settings > Preset Manager)
3. In the Hierarchy, create a new UI Text object
4. Select the newly created Text object
5. Note the Font under Character in the Inspector
Expected Result: Newly created Text object has "PixelFont" as the default font
Actual Result: Newly created Text object does not have "PixelFont" as the default font
Reproducible with: 2018.4.34f1, 2019.4.24f1, 2020.3.4f1, 2021.1.3f1, 2021.2.0a13
