TerrainData.GetHeights returns [y,x] array instead of [x,y]
To reproduce:
1. Open the attached project (containing a terrain)
2. Observe a script attached to the terrain (it loops GetHeights [x,y])
3. Run the main scene
4. Notice the OutOfRange Exception when Debug.Log(heights[x,y]) is called
5. Comment the Debug.Log(heights[x,y]) line and uncomment Debug.Log(heights[y,x])
6. Run the scene again
7. Notice that the heights array are now displayed correctly
8. Run any other tests to ascertain that the array is returned "backwards" or "flip-sided"
