Terrain Tree Billboards are not affected by Ambient Lighting when Skybox Environment Lighting Source is used
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project's "case_1208303-Project.zip" Scene labeled "SampleScene"
2. Move the Camera away from Trees for Billboards to appear
Expected result: Tree Billboards are lit by the Skybox Ambient Lighting
Actual result: Tree Billboards are unlit by the Skybox Ambient Lighting
Reproducible with: 2018.4.15f1, 2019.2.17f1, 2019.3.0f4, 2020.1.0a18
Couldn't test with: 2017.4.36f1 (Tree model breaks)
Workaround: Use "Color" Source in the Environment Lighting (Window->Rendering->Lighting Settings->Environment Lighting->Source)
