[Terrain Tools] Splitting Terrain will occasionally cause a visible seam
When a user Splits Terrain by using the functionality from Terrain Tools, sometimes a seam will appear
Repro Steps:
1. Launch Unity Editor Version: 2020.1.0b9.3653
2. Create a Terrain
3. Add a Terrain Layer to the Terrain with a repeated Texture
4. Open up Terrain Tools and split the Terrain till you see a seam
Actual Results:
Occasionally when splitting Terrain you will see a Texture and/or Heightmap seam
Expected Results:
Split Terrains would not have a seam

Resolution Note:
Thank you for your submission. We have reviewed this request have determined that this issue is a new feature request. Fortunately, we are pleased to say it’s already in our roadmap. We are aiming to release this feature in 2021.1, but this is only a guideline and may change.
