[Terrain] Paint Details: Opacity and TargetStrength = 1 gives unexpected details patterns
What happened:
Setting up Opacity = 1 and TargetStrength = 1 for Mesh detail produces some strange patterns when painting that onto the terrain.
Steps to Repo:
1. Open scene 1
2. Observe the patterns on the terrain
Alternate Steps:
1. Hierarchy window > right click > 3D Object > terrain
2. Hierarchy window > right click > 3D Object > sphere > create sphere prefab
3. Terrain > paint details > edit detials > add detail mesh > add sphere
4. Paint sphere observe the mesh is being painted in parallel lines
Note: mesh detail sizes settings has to be lowered from default 1..2 to smth like 0.2..0.4
Expected Result:
Terrain 'details' needs are in a tight group next to each other.
Actual Result:
Empty parallel lines in between groups of detail objects.
Reproducible in:
5.4.1p3 (1b587b7935dc) 2017.3.b10, 2017.3.b11
Environment:
occurring on Mac & Windows
