Terrain beyond base map distance becomes black in Editor after exiting Play mode where Graphics.SetRandomWriteTarget is called
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open user's attached project "New Unity Project (3).zip"
2. Open "SampleScene"
3. Enter Play mode
4. Turn off Play mode
5. Notice that the terrain beyond base map distance becomes black
Expected results: Terrain is rendered beyond base map distance
Actual results: Terrain beyond base map distance becomes black
Reproducible with: 2019.2.11f1, 2019.3.0b8, 2020.1.0a9
Note: The project is braking in 2019.1 and lower, after restoring the Terrains the issue does not reproduce
