[Templates] The Lightweight RP template readme is out of date
The readme included with the LWRP project template is out of date in several places:
- It states that LWRP is still in preview and points the user to the preview forum
- It links to an old version of the LWRP docs (currently points to @5.2, the latest package is 7.x
- Points to the github wiki pages for Shader Graph and Post Processing instead of their package doc pages
- Refers to the post-processing package as the "new" PP stack, when it should not be considered new anymore
1. Open Unity
2. Create a new project using the Lightweight RP template
3. Inspect the readme shown in the Inspector when the project loads
Expected Result:
The readme gives up to date info and links.
Actual Result:
A lot of the readme is outdated and points to dead links.
Tested on Windows 10.
Occurs on 2019.2.0f1, 2019.3.0a1

Resolution Note:
Not fixing for LWRP. However, using this feedback to clean up Template readme in Inspector for URP 19.3 and onward.
