Templates for 2019.4, 2020.1 and 2020.2 don't have the verified version for VS Code package
The Verified Version for VS Code is 1.2.2, but all templates for 2019.4 now start with 1.2.1, which is not the latest version and doesn't have the Verified tag either.
Repro:
- start a new project using any template, using 2019.4, 2020.1, 2020.2
- go to Package Manager
- notice that the VS Code version already needs updating
Expected result: when an user starts a new project, they shouldn't need to update the packages already.
Reproducible in: 2019.4.11f1, 2020.1.6f1, 2020.2.0b3
