Table Rows in Memory Profiler snaphot overlap when there is more than 100 000 of them
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new project
2. Open Memory Profiler Window
3. Import the snapshot
4. Scroll down to see overlapping rows
Expected result: Rows do not overlap
Actual result: Rows overlap
Reproducible with - 2018.3.13f1, 2019.1.0f2, 2019.2.0a12
