Can't tab to Tiling and Offset properties in material
Tabbing through the properties doesn't work consistently
Repro:
1. Put a material on a cube object
2. Select one of the properties of the cube and tab through all the properties
3. When you get to the Material properties, the Tiling and Offset are omitted
