SystemInfo.supportsAudio does not work if Unity is started with disabled audio devices
Steps to reproduce:
1. On Windows, got to Sound -> Playback and disable all audio devices
2. Open attached project
3. Play the scene and click on the button
4. Observe that "Device found" is outputted
Expected result: SystemInfo.supportsAudio should return false when Unity is started with disabled audio devices
Reproduced in: 2018.3.0a7, 2018.2.2f1, 2018.1.9f1, 2017.4.9f1, 2017.3.2f1
