System using 'Runtime mode' has more particles and looks differently
Repro steps:
# Import the attached project and open the VFXURPLit scene
# Open the LitURP VFX and observe the number of particles in the URP logo
# Go to *Advanced* > *Runtime Mode* (or close the VFX Window)
# Observe the effect looks different / has more particles
Expected outcome: No change in particles/simulation
Actual outcome: in Runtime mode there are more particles, and the simulation looks different
