[System.Net.Sockets] Creating new TcpClient object w/ IPV6 throws an exception
Steps to reproduce:
1. Download and open attached project "IPv6Exception.zip"
2. Attach script "demo" to default camera in the scene and play it
3. Notice that an exception is thrown (seen at console):
"SocketException: An address incompatible with the requested protocol was used.", yet there should be no errors, since only a new object was created
Not reproducible on OSX, repro on Windows
Reproducible with: 5.0.3f2, 5.1.4f1, 5.2.0p1, 5.2.1p2, 5.2.1p4, 5.3.0b3
