Swapping texture on material at runtime results in missing texture
Repro steps:
1. Open the project without deleting the Library folder
2. Observe Swap_Tex component on neko:body object
-> 2 missing textures
3. Close Unity, delete Library folder
4. Open the project again
5. Observe Swap_Tex component on neko:body object
-> the 2 slots are assigned with textures
Reproduced with: 2018.3.0b6, 2018.3.0b8, 2019.1.0a7 (trunk)
