Strikethrough appears on labels when reordering addressables labels
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached “BugRepro” project
2. Select the “Assets/Resources_moved/00065-1705418973.png” asset
3. Open the Addressables Labels window (Inspector window > Configure Addrassebles Labels > Manage Labels)
4. Reorder the labels in the Addressables Labels window
5. Click on "Configure Addressables Labels" again to view the labels
6. Observe the labels in the Inspector window
Expected result: Labels should appear without a strikethrough
Actual result: Labels appear with a strikethrough.
Reproducible with: 2.0.3 (2022.3.60f1) , 2.3.16, 2.4.1 (6000.0.44f1, 6000.1.0b12, 6000.2.0a8)
Not reproducible with: 1.23.1 (2022.3.60f1)
Reproducible on: Windows 11
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
Note: Restarting editor removes the strikethrough
