Static Initialization Is Incorrect When Targeting WebGL (possibly, any IL2CPP target
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open test.unity and press play (in editor) and take notice that there is a decimal on the last of second test lines. (1.5:1.5)
2. Build and run this project targeting web gl, and notice that the decimal is missing from the last of second test lines. (1.5:15)
