Stage specific shader keywords triggering errors on Vulkan editor
Steps to reproduce:
- Create a new URP project
- Copy the attached shader to the project
- Select the shader and see the "undeclared identifier" shader error
Actual results:
Shader error about the keyword being an undeclared identifier
