[Stacks] InvalidOperationException thrown when deleting inactive stack node that has an edge plugged into it
Repro steps:
1. Create a new Universal Lit shadergraph and open it
2. Change the Surface to Transparent
3. Drag out the edge from the "alpha" node and plug it into a new Vector 1 node
4. Change the Surface to Opaque
5. Delete the Alpha node
Expected result: no error is thrown
Actual result: an error is thrown
