stackalloc int[0] returns incorrect result when the project is built with IL2CPP
How to reproduce:
1. Open user-attached project “TestStackalloc”
2. Click Build And Run
3. Observe the Console
Expected result: The log in the Cosonle says “p is null”
Actual result: The log in the Console says “p is not null”
Reproducible with: 2020.3.40f1, 2021.3.10f1, 2022.1.17f1, 2022.2.0b8, 2023.1.0a10
Reproducible on: Windows 11 Pro
Note: Not reproducible in Mono and .NET Core 3.1 builds
