'Stack Empty' exception is thrown with .NET 4.x when compiling a script with without a space after the #if logic
How to reproduce:
1. Open user-submitted project (BROKEN_COMPILER)
2. Re-import the 'Gallery.cs' script and see the Console window
Expected result: no errors are displayed in the Console window
Actual result: 'InvalidOperationException: Stack empty' error is displayed in the Console window
Reproducible with: 2018.2.14f1, 2018.2.18f1, 2018.3.0b4, 2018.3.0b12, 2019.1.0a1, 2019.1.0a10
Not reproducible with: 2018.1.9f2, 2018.2.13f1, 2018.3.0b3
