[HDRP] SSGI Denoise and SSGITrace has poor performance
How to reproduce:
1. Open the user's attached project
2. Open the "SampleScene" Scene
3. Select the "Main Camera" GameObject in the Hierarchy
4. Disable the "Mouse Look (Script)" Component in the Inspector
5. Open the Profiler and add the GPU module
6. Enter Play Mode
7. Write the "SSGI" in the Profiler search section
8. Observe the SSGI Denoise and SSGITrace processes
Expected result: SSGI Denoise and SSGITrace processes do not use a lot of GPU
Actual result: SSGI Denoise and SSGITrace processes use a lot of GPU
Reproducible with: 12.0.0 (2021.2.0b4, 2022.1.0a4)
Could not test with: 11.0.0 or below (After downgrading could not reproduce anymore)
