[SRP][XR][Oculus Quest][Oculus Go] Only left eye is rendered with both Single Pass and Multi Pass
Repro steps:
1. Open attached project
2. Build and run on Oculus Quest/Go
3. Observe the Game View in the headset
Actual: The right eye is black while the left is rendered correctly
4. Try with both Stereo Rendering Modes
Reproducible with: 2019.3.0f3, 2020.1.0a17
