[Fixed] Vector3Field gets obstructed when it is used to represent a Quaternion angle and the Inspector window is narrow enough
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached "QuaternionSRP" project
2. Open the "SampleScene" from the Assets folder
3. Select the "GameObject" from the Hierarchy window
4. Open the Inspector window
5. Reduce the width of the Inspector window slowly until the "Quaternion" Vector3Field in the "Test Script" Component gets obstructed
Expected result: all of the variable names and their fields are clearly visible
Actual result: some of the variable names and their field are overlapping and unreadable
Reproducible with: 7.0.1 (2020.1.0a9), 7.3.1 (2019.4.0f1, 2020.1.0a25), 8.1.0 (2020.2.0a12), 9.0.0-preview.13 (2020.2.0a12)
Couldn't test with: 6.9.2 and earlier (QuaternionPropertyDrawer.cs isn't present)
Notes:
-Library\PackageCache\com.unity.render-pipelines.core@8.1.0\Editor\QuaternionPropertyDrawer.cs is responsible for the conversion from Quaternion to Euler angles.
