[SRP] Scriptable Render Pipeline Settings are unassigned when selecting a Preloaded Shader
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new URP or HDRP project
2. Create Shader Variant Collection (Assets->Create->Shader Variant Collection)
3. Open the Graphics Settings (Edit->Project Settings...->Graphics)
4. Set the Preloaded Shaders Size to 1
5. Set the Element 0 of the Preloaded Shaders the newly created Shader Variant Collection
Expected results: The Shader Variant Collection is set without the Editor informing that Scriptable Render Pipeline Settings are being changed
Actual results: "Changing Render Pipeline" window pops up, Scriptable Render Pipeline Settings will be set to "None" if "Continue" is pressed
Reproducible with: 12.0.0 (2021.2.0a19), 12.1.1 (2021.2.4f1), 13.1.1( 2022.1.0a16)
Not reproducible with: 7.7.1( 2019.4.33f1), 10.7.0 (2020.3.23f1), 12.0.0 (2021.2.0a18)
Note:
- Pressing "Cancel" in the popped out window will still set the Preloaded Shaders and the SRP Settings will not be changed
