[SRP] [HDRP] Foggy/Blurry effect in the scene when using HDRP template project with Intel Iris Plus Graphics 655
Steps to reproduce:
1) Open Hub and create a new project with HDRP template
Note: Make sure project is using 4.1.0 and later package of HDRP
Observe foggy and blurry outcome on the screen (check attached video "repro")
Not reproduced with:
2018.1.9f2 HDRP package: 1.1.11 (latest HDRP package for this Unity version at the time when bug submitted)
2018.2.20f1 HDRP package: 3.0.0 (latest HDRP package for this Unity version at the time when bug submitted)
2018.3.5f1 HDRP package 4.0.0
Reproduced with:
2018.3.5f1 HDRP package 4.1.0, 4.9.0
2019.1.0b3 HDRP package 5.3.1 (scene looks even worse with this version of Unity and package (check attached image "2019bug"))
2019.2.0a6 HDRP package 5.3.1, 6.1.0 (scene looks even worse with this version of Unity and package (check attached image "2019bug"))

Latest issues
- Unity Hub closes with no "Project is currently open" window when selecting an already open project from the Projects list
- The Hub freezes indefinitely when copy/pasting a lot of characters in the “Set project display name” Hub window since it has no character limit

Resolution Note:
For now, AMD compatibility is the primary target and Intel support keeps being revisited once Intel Mac drivers get updates
