Yes
Sprite Texture gets unassigned when entering Play Mode
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached "1387808.zip" project
2. Open the "StartupScene" Scene
3. Select the "_GameController" GameObject in the Hierarchy
4. Expand the "Gloam Core Objects (Script)" Component
5. Assign the "DialogMenuThinBackMask" Sprite to the "Powerup Info Mask" field and save
6. Enter Play Mode
Expected result: The Sprite stays assigned
Actual result: The Sprite gets unassigned
Reproducible with: 2021.2.0a6, 2021.2.15f1, 2022.1.0b11, 2022.2.0a9
Not reproducible with: 2020.3.31f1, 2021.1.28f1, 2021.2.0a5
Couldn't test with: 2019.4.36f1 (Package errors regarding custom assets and URP connection is preventing repro)
Note: Script is dependent on custom packages impossible to test on new projects even with packages imported

Resolution Note:
The Inspector element glitched out therefore it showed the Sprite Texture as not assigned, however, the internal code of the Scene shows that it is still assigned. Closing as Not Reproducible due to this issue only happening on the initial test and after reopening the project the issue is no longer reproducible.
