Sprite packer only packs the first slice of a sprite correctly
To reproduce:
1. Open attached project
2. Select sprite "numbers"
3. Make sure it is sliced in 4.6.0b2
4. Add a packing tag and pack the sprite with the sprite packer
5. Notice that only the first slice is visible, the others are not and they are scattered in weird places (even outside the packable area)
