Sprite icons are not showing their preview when Assets zoom is at minimum
1. Import any sprite into Assets
2. Adjust Assets zoom to minimum
Expected: The icons should show a preview of the sprite
Observed: The icons are showing a generic icon
Occurring on: 2018.1.0a2-a5
Not occurring: 2018.1.0a1, 2017.3.0b10, 2017.2.0f3
