Sprite atlas secondary texture is not scaled down when setting Max Texture Size
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project "atlas-test.zip"
2. Select Assets/Atlas.spriteatlasv2
3. Change "Show Platform Setting For" to "_ID" in the Inspector window
4. Select "_ID" in the texture preview panel
Expected results: The generated secondary texture gets scaled down to fit the selected max size proportionally
Actual results: The generated secondary texture is not scaled down to fit the selected max size proportionally
Reproducible with: 2021.3.32f1, 2022.3.13f1, 2023.1.20f1, 2023.2.0b18, 2023.3.0a14
Reproducible on: Windows 11 22H2
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested

Resolution Note (fix version 2023.3.0b5):
Secondary texture size should change according to Max Texture Size of the main texture. Fix removes the Max Texture Size field from secondary texture platform settings
Fix for this issue is available on Unity 2023.3.0b5 and above

Note that Max Size is only applicable to Master Textures, and Secondary Textures always use the size as Master Texture (MainTex).
