Spline extrusion component breaks with zero range
Steps to reproduce:
1) Create a new template, import Spline package
2) Create a new spline and add an extrusion component
3) In Advanced set Ranges To and From percentage to the equal value
4) Observe mesh generation errors
Expected result: range values are validated, no errors caused
