SpeedTreeImporter asserts when mesh is empty on Debug Editor
How to reproduce:
1. Build Unity Editor from source code in Debug mode
2. Open the attached project "1234531 SpeedTreeImporter asserts when mesh is empty.zip"
3. Manually Reimport the "Palm_C_000" asset
4. Watch the Console
Expected result: No asserts are thrown
Actual result: Assertion failed on expression: 'index < size()' is logged to the Console
Reproducible with: 2021.3.1f1
Could not test with: 2019.4.40f1, 2020.3.35f1, 2021.3.5f1, 2022.1.4f1, 2022.2.0a15 (could not test because can't build Editor from source code)
