Speedtree can't be affect by wind with shadows only setup
How to reproduce:
1. Download attached project file and open "ShadowsOnlyIssue" Scene
2. Press Play
Actual result: Speedtree with shadows only setup can't be affected by the wind
Reproduced with: 5.6.3p2, 2017.1.1p1
Not reproduced with: 2017.2.0b11(#2), 2017.3.0a7
