[Speech] - 2017 : There is an exception when trying to use speech in Holographic Simulation
Anytime a user tries to play or load a scene that is using Speech (Dictation, Grammar, Keyword) an exception gets thrown in the console log. Speech is not supproted in simulation, but this error might need to be changed into a warning to avoid user confusion.

Repro Steps:
1.) Create or load nay Mixed Reality project that uses speech
2.) Set up for Mixed Reality
3.) Press play
