SpaceAttribute and HeaderAttribute get displayed in a reverted order when used together
How to reproduce:
1. Open the user's attached project
2. Open 'Scene'
3. In the Hierarchy window select 'GameObject' and observe the Inspector window
Expected result: The header is below the space in the Inspector
Actual result: The header is above the space in the Inspector
Reproducible with: 2018.4.28f1, 2019.4.14f1, 2020.1.12f1, 2020.2.0b10, 2021.1.0a4
Notes:
- When using the SpaceAttribute before the HeaderAttribute a space is added below the header and vice versa
