Some particles of the Particle System are not triggering the “Inside” trigger when spawned
How to reproduce:
1. Open the user’s attached “My project.zip” project
2. In the Hierarchy window, select “Water Splash Deep” GameObject
3. Observe the particle system on the left side of the red square
Expected result: no particles appear on the square
Actual result: a few particles appear on the square
Reproducible with: 2021.3.33f1, 2022.3.16f1, 2023.2.4f1, 2023.3.0b1
Reproduced on: macOS 13.6.3 (Intel)
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
Note: the particles show up just for a frame

We have reviewed the issue carefully, and in this case the team is unable to prioritize fixing this bug. Currently, we're focusing our resources on fixing more critical issues that affect a larger portion of our user base.
