Slow FBX import times on get_defaultMaterial when using Universal RP
How to reproduce:
1. Extract the user's project
2. If a project has a Library folder, delete it
3. Open the user's project
Expected result: Project opens in ~3 minutes
Actual result: Project opens in ~15 minutes
Reproducible with -
2019.3.12f1 (URP 7.3.1) - 7 minutes project load import + 5 minutes importing after the project was loaded
2020.2.0a9 (URP 9.0.0-preview.14) - 3 minutes project load import + 5 minutes importing after project was loaded
Not reproducible with -
2018.4.22f1 (LWRP 4.10.0-preview) - 3 minutes project load import
2019.2.21f1 (LWRP 6.9.2) - 3 minutes project load import
