Sliders get reset when the mouse cursor hits the edge of the screen while increasing their value
The issue only happens after editing the shape of the Freeform 2D light
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project named Case_1182844
2. Select the Freeform light in the NewScene
3. Change the Shape of the light
4. Move the cursor out of the screen while dragging one of the Light 2D settings sliders
5. Observe the Slider's value when the cursor hits the edge of the screen
Expected behavior: Cursor stops once it hits the edge of the screen and the slider retains its value
Actual behavior: Cursor does not stop once it hits the edge of the screen and the slider's value gets reset
Reproducible with: 2019.2.0a1, 2019.2.7f2, 2019.3.0b4, 2020.1.0a5
Could not test with: 2017.4.32f1, 2018.4.10f1, 2019.1.14f1(2D Ligths were not yet availble in URP)
Package versions tested: 6.7.1, 6.9.1, 7.1.1
Notes:
1. Making certain changes to other settings in the inspector window seems to fix the issue. However, changing the shape of the light again would make the bug reappear (Track_1182844_V1)
2. Sliders in other Components are affected as well. Tested using an Audio Source component
3. 2D Lights were added in package version 6.7.1
