Slider does not update when it is no longer controlled by a HorizontalLayout component
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open the project and the scene
2. Find 'Slider' under Canvas in hierarchy
3. Note that it's Rect Transform values are driven by the HorizontalLayout component
4. Drag the slider from the parent (panel)
5. Note that values are still being controlled by the HorizontalLayout component
6. Press play, the slider updates and it is no longer controlled by the HorizontalLayout component
